Doug isn't responding ▼
First, check that your machine is on and connected to the internet. Then open Doug OS and check the system status on your dashboard. If it says "Offline," restart Doug from the terminal. If it still doesn't work, submit a ticket below.
I forgot my password ▼
Go to the
password reset page. Enter your email and we'll send you a link to create a new one. The link expires in 1 hour.
How do I upgrade my plan? ▼
Log into your account and go to Settings. You'll see your current plan and an option to upgrade. The new features unlock immediately after payment.
How do I cancel? ▼
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Your data on your machine is always yours — we don't touch it.
Is my data safe? ▼
Yes. Doug runs on your machine. Your conversations, documents, and files never leave your hardware. We only store your login info (name, email, hashed password) on our server. Read the full

Can I get a refund? ▼
If Doug doesn't work as promised within the first 30 days, we'll fix it or refund your setup fee. The monthly is cancel-anytime with no refund for partial months. We stand behind what we ship.
